 The electric scooter comes fitted with strong inflatable tyres measuring 12 inches in size that provide a smooth and stable riding experience. with front and rear disc brakes.  an LCD display on the handlebar that shows all the riding information and front and rear LED lights for better navigation after sundown. There is also a bell to warn pedestrians on the street. The electric scooter has dimensions of 120 x 23.5 x 58 centimeters.

Warranty.

The standard warranty for all products is 2 years to collect and return. However, the battery is 6 months and the motor is 1 year. You will have to send the item by courier (we can arrange collection for a charge) for repair. if under warranty, we may send parts to the customer to get repaired with instructions on how to repair them.

 Shipping of Repairs/Warranty. 

We may need to diagnose the problem to see if it's covered under the warranty before we arrange for a repair. Item cannot be refunded if there is a fault, we will only offer a repair service. We will ship the goods back to you once repaired. On occasion, we may have to use a third-party repair company, which may be chargeable. For repairs, we would pay one side of shipping, and the customer will pay for return shipping.

Returns.

All refunds are accepted within 15 days of receiving the goods and must be in new condition for a refund If goods have been used, a return will not be accepted.
If goods are faulty, please see the warranty section, as all goods come with a warranty
If you want to return goods before 1 month, it may be accepted or a credit note may be given, after one month, we will not accept a refund only a repair.

Refunds.

Any refund that will be made will not include any carriage fees, assembly fees, and DVLA registration fees.

Registration.

Electric Bikes do not need a license, insurance, or registration. No License scooters do not need. a license, insurance, or registration. and anyone over 14 years can ride them. Electric mopeds need to be registered with DVLA which costs £56 + vat, we can do this or you can submit the forms. A license issued pre-2001 did not require CBT training after 2001 you need CBT training. 
Electric scooters and hoverboards can only be used on private land at the moment.
