GBRI ordered Kukirin G3 Pro on July 08, 2024. I received a scooter on July 16, 2024, the item has come damaged. I’ve contacted the seller by the service email provided on this website immediately after delivery, then a few times after, unfortunately the seller hasn’t responded yet. So today is the 21st of August 2024, I’ve never tried the scooter because of the bent clamping screw knob, also I'm not sure about a bumped baterry charger is faulty or not. How much does it cost £10-£15 and a battery charger £6, more-less? That’s a really “big deal”, I cannot imagine a serious problem of a battery, which costs about £300 without no support. So, because of the seller’s no response, I have NO guarantee for anything, I lost £1249, I've got a damaged scooter and also I have to pay additional Duty and Tax fee £26.68 even a description on this website says “Tax & Duty covered”. Probably, they’re NOT covered. What's more this is NEITHER a UK seller NOR a UK website. I’ve already reported this to the police as a BIG SCAM but I don’t expect a miracle. My ADVICE is to check this website on TRUSTPILOT before buying. 5-Stars just because I wasn’t allowed to publish this review with ONE star, which is still too much.
