Electric Bike Scooter Car our (supplier) is owned by Scan view Electronics Ltd, established since 1983 with a good reputation and great level of service.
We sell electric bikes, electric scooters, electric mopeds, no license scooters, and electric cars. Altogether our products offer you the best combination of quality, value and reliability.
Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your e-scooter within all country and local laws. It is essential to wear a helmet when using an e-scooter.
We use our established courier TNT for electric bikes and moped courier for the electric mopeds. The no license scooters are sent by TNT. Our scooters are sent by a courier as well.
We generally ship to UK addresses, however if you are outside of the UK, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping details and costs.
Most orders are shipped out within 2-10 working days; however it can take longer in some circumstances.
Electric bikes are shipped within 3 working days, the mopeds are shipped with 7-10 working days and the scooters shipped within 2-3 working days.
If you are outside of the UK mainland, there could be extra surcharge and longer delivery times
We cannot arrange deliveries on Sundays or Bank holidays. You may request a Saturday delivery if you email: email@example.com however costs could be more expensive.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Maestro.
We operate and accept 3d Secure payment solutions which offer much more safety and security when completing your transaction.
We also accept paypal payments.
You will be asked to sign up and start using a secure password to process any online transactions.
Our apologies but we do not accept American Express.
We do not offer finance but if you leave a deposit, we will reserve the item for you and you can pay into it until the full amount is paid. Than we will ship the goods out to you.
ll items ordered from our website include a 20% VAT Charge and include import duty.

The distance selling regulation gives the right for you to return your goods within 15 days after delivery.
This only applies to UK customers (not a business or sole trader).
If you decide to return a purchase, you are responsible for the cost of carriage and for insuring the goods in transit.
Also, the goods must be in an “as of new”, “re-saleable” condition.
If required, we can request a pickup using our dedicated courier but you “the customer” will be charged per item returned, cost depending on location
It could take up to 7 days to process the refund.
Please note, you must not have used the item,it must be as of new

The standard warranty for all products is 2 years collect and return.
However battery is 6 months and motor is 1 year.
You will have to send item by courier (we can arrange collection for a charge) for repair.
if under warranty, we may send parts to customer to get repaired with instructions on how to repair
we may need to diagnose the problem to see if its covered under the warranty before we arrange for a repair
Item cannot be refunded if there is a fault , we will only offer a repair service
We will ship goods back to you once repaired. Please note, if the manufactures ceases trading, we may be unable to assist with spares and repairs, however we will endeavor to solve the issue. On occasion, we may have to use a third party repair company, which may be chargeable. For repairs we would be willing to pay one side of shipping, and the customer will pay return shipping.
All refunds accepted within 15 days of receiving goods
Goods must be in as new condition for a refund
Also all goods come with a warranty
If goods have been used, a return will not be accepted
If goods are faulty, please see the warranty section
If you want to return goods before1 month, it maybe accepted or a credit note may be given After one month, we will not accept a refund only a repair
Any refund that will be made will not include any carriage fees, assembly fees and DVLA registration fees

All The scooters, mopeds and electric bikes are our own brand and we are looking for distributors to stock the items and / or sell them. Please get in contact for our extra special rates. We will only accept returns if the product is in as new condition, and will be inspected by our technicians first prior to issuing a refund.
once a moped or motorbike has been registered with DVLA, we cannot accept a refund or return

Electric Bikes do not need license, insurance, registration. No License scooters do not need license, insurance, registration. And anyone over 14 years can ride it.
Electric mopeds need to be registered with DVLA which costs £56 + vat, we can do this or you can submit the forms. Also if license is issued pre 2001 than you do not need CBT training. If issued after this than you need CBT training
Electric scooters and hoverboards can only be used on private land at the moment.
We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times.
We only use information collected to process your order.
We do not store any sensitive material such as credit card details.
However we do store contact details in order for your online ordering experience to be quick.

We may send marketing emails to your chosen email; however you have the right to opt out of receiving further emails.

We have ssl certificate installed to keep the site safe
We have a detailed security policy in place to make sure all transactions are safe and secure.
We use sophisticated 128 bit encryption to make sure all sensitive details are protected.
Also, they verify cv2, postcode and address matching.
And we are now 3D Secure, so to process a transaction, you will have to register a pin number which you use online when ever making purchases.
We do not store any sensitive material on our server.
