My bike's brake pan is leaking brake oil
I bought a refurbished R7 from Philodo. Through all the challenges with wiring and errors (R09 and R10), Cola came through every time.
Without Cola, my review would not be five stars. The instruction manual really needs improvements for better assembly and troubleshooting (especially a wiring diagram) instructions.
Now that I had help from a local mechanic knowledgeable with eBikes, my R7 operates like a champ.
She is smooth and fast on all the different surfaces, and she gets some serious looks of appreciation.
Great bike! I may send you some customers! Philodo eBikes are an awesome transportation in the Caribbean!

Tengo un problema con mi bicicleta q no hace ni 3 meses ahora q lo compre y ya no me enciende q se puede hacer
Reçu assez rapidement. Efficace, selle un peu dure, j’aurais préféré un éclairage arrière et un phare plus puissant à la place des rétroviseurs. Bonne puissance et longévité de la batterie et excellente tenue de route, on passe partout (je l’utilise surtout dans les chemins forestiers). Très bonne première impression de sécurité.

I’ve got the electric H7Pro bike couple weeks ago. Shipping comes in time. Assemble the bike is easy with the instructions and necessary tools included with the bike. The customer service person is really nice and helpful. The battery case of my bike has some minor scratches but when I complained to him the he sent me a new one in just a week. I’m very excited when driving the bike. I tried to drive up to maximum speed 30 miles/hour and the bike was still super stable. The bike comes with everything you need like horn, front and rear lights, … the break is awesome and shifting gear Shinano is great also. I love it so much.
I strongly recommend this Philodo to anyone who needs an electric bike.
My husband and I have been looking at e-bikes for quite some time. He found the H8, which he LOVES btw! I have to admit I was not crazy about ordering from this website because it seemed like a scam to me. My husband went ahead and ordered his bike and everything was as it should be. He was missing a few things when the bike arrived and customer service shipped it right away. He went for a few rides on his bike and left me at home. I wanted to go riding up the mountain too! So I asked him to order me the H7 because the H8 was a bit too much bike for me. My bike arrived and my husband assembled it for me. I took it out on my first trip up the mountain with it. It was a 3,700 ft elevation change. I managed to ride the bike up the mountain with PAS1 on the hardest gear. I managed to keep the pedals going at 13 plus miles per hour during the bike ride. We did dirt and pavement. The bike is a dream to ride! I could not love this bike more! It has more than enough power. And I did not even wear the battery down past one blip. From what we can tell in our research the bikes are made with all of the same brand parts as other more expensive e-bikes. I highly recommend this bike and this company as they have outstanding customer service.
I'm 68 years old and used to be an avid Mountain Biker. I have bad circulation in my right leg that prevents me from walking long distances. I thought getting an ebike would help me get out more as well as getting some exercise.
To my surprise, riding a bike doesn't bother my leg at all! I got the bike in April and have already put 500 miles on it.
It's a great bike and a lot of fun to ride.
Customer support is great, my bike came with some minor shipping damage (the battery cover was scratched up and had some gouges in it.
I sent an email to Philodo Bikes and they sent me a new one.
I received my two bikes and the boxes were delivered damaged pretty bad and when I pulled them out of boxes the guards at the rear sprocket was bent in and one was even broke lose from the frame but over all these bikes are sturdy and pretty nice for the price point.
Excellent product for the price. Black color is beautiful with green rims. Very happy with purchase.
The bike arrived in good condition and was well-packed. It actually arrived quicker than promised. Assembly took about 45 minutes, and I had no problems with any part of putting it together. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow. I've done almost 100 miles it. I'm at 85 right now. ive taken it to the beach and through dirt, gravel, and road trails. I'm 6'01" 170 lbs. Beautiful ebike!
