A. Shipping

  1. How long is the delivery time? 7 working days for bike; 15-20 working days for battery; 7-10 working days for accessories.
  2. Where does the bike come from? The bike is shipped from the Poland.
  3. What if my package was lost during the shipment? If the package is lost, we will actively contact the logistics to find out the situation. If the package is lost, we will send a new one for you.
  4. Can I change the delivery address after the package is sent? Please make sure to submit the new address before the package leaves the warehouse. The address cannot be changed when the bicycle is dispatched.
  5. What if the package is broken/the item scratches when arrived? Parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures or videos which would help us check the condition.

B. RETURN & REFUND

  1. Can I return my bike if I don’t like/want it? Yes, but only within 15 days.
  2. Can I return my package if I just opened the package?Yes, but for the unworn, unopened packages, unused
  3. How can I return items?To start a return, you can contact us at cola@philodo.com. If your return is  accepted, we’ll inform you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. PAYMENT

  1. Do I need to pay taxes? Tax included. There is no extra charge.
  2. What Payment Methods Do You Accept? The following payment methods can be supported by our website: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner Club, Maestro, UnionPay. (We support PayPal, credit, debit cards or bank transfers)
  3. Why does the discount code not work?
  4. If your coupon code does not work, it is most likely to be out of date. Kindly please use the discount code within the period of time for its use.
