The all new 2026 Trail Destroyer II, with new and improved frame geometry, including a slightly longer top tube and a slacker head angle for better handling on the trails. Shimano CUES 10 speed transmission, 120mm travel air suspension, all new WTB Solano saddle, and trail destroying 27.5″ x 2.40″ WTB Trail Boss tanwall tyres. Rugged and all terrain, this e-bike does exactly as it’s name suggests.
Our 2026 version also includes a new 3-PIN battery and smart charger safety system, for extra peace of mind.This new feature still allows for charging the battery without taking off of the bike, and also if you prefer to charge your battery off of the frame.
Keeping the original favorites such as a short stem and extra wide 780mm handlebars allowing for precise handling, even over the roughest terrain, where you will be kept gripped to those tracks on real mountain bike tyres. Increased spoke gauge to continue to provide strong wheels, anticipating the punishment you would expect from a true mountain bike rider.

After buying two assisted bikes and not being happy with them, I decided to purchase from Ezego the trail destroyer. I contacted them on messenger asking lots of questions. I am a 5ft 3” 57 year old woman who loves being out on a bike but hates not being fit enough to use a bike. I have visited many bike shops and struggled to find an assisted mountain bike under £2500. This bike is an absolute dream. I was a bit sceptical of paying £1200 for a bike but OMG im so glad I did. I live on the top of a hill so going out is fantastic as its all down hill but previously coming home was always a nightmare which ended up with me pushing the bike home. Not with this bike. Hills are no problem. The previous bikes had 3 speeds of assist and this has 5. I couldn’t use the levels above 3 as the assist was so powerful and the gears alone are fantastic. Only had it yesterday and cant wait to ride it again today. The bike itself is so stylish, very sturdy and a lot lighter than my previous assisted bikes. Also, I was kept informed from purchasing to delivery which made it so easy. The bike came complete. I only had to put on the pedals and align the handlebars. If you are looking to purchase an assisted bike whether a city bike or a mountain bike, I would highly recommend looking at the Ezego range as the bike I have had is amazing. Thank you Ezego I am the envy of my village.

This is my first e bike and I have had it for a couple of months or about 400 kilometers. Tried more expensive center drive bikes from other manufacturers but actually found this suited my requirements better. It’s got me back on two wheels after a long illness during which my normal bikes just gathered dust. Not being a torque sensing motor like all the center drive designs the Trail Destroyer rear hub motor works better for me. It means that when I want it to get me home when I have run out of energy the bike does all the work for me. Fitted a USE suspension seat tube which improves the ride no end. No problems so far with the bike but I will be upgrading the front brake to Shimano as I prefer their feel/power to Clarks. Not perfect then – but what is. 5 stars for being the best value for money based around a well thought out pragmatic design. Even with the upgrades it’s still half the cost of most of the center drive bikes I test rode before I bought the EZEgo.

I’m a big guy 6’6″ and heavy and this bike still gets me up the steepest of hills. You can also play around in the advance settings to make it go faster. Just search for C500 password.
