Purchased directly from the website and the bike arrived the next day. Out of the box with some small adjustments to pedals and handlebars and i was away. it moves really quickly at different levels of assistance depending on the hill i am on. My mate wants to buy one as soon as you have more available. Thanks.

The first thing to say about this bike is, it looks great and at first glance, isn’t an obvious e-bike. It comes with mudguards, a bike rack, and lighting which runs off the main battery. I’ve only done 80 miles on it so far but am very pleased with it. The controls and LCD are clear and easy to use and the seat is more comfortable than it looks.
I only ever use the power when going up hills and the performance is very impressive. I recently rode 25 miles and the battery showed that I’d only used 2 of the 5 bar indicators.
I’ve also ridden this bike off-road and have to say that, due to no suspension, the ride is unforgiving but as 90% of my riding is on roads it’s not a problem for me.
I would definitely recommend this bike and for the price, it’s difficult to beat. The problem you may have though is being able to get hold of one.

I was going to write a huge long story about trying to purchase an e-bike through the government’s Cycle to Work scheme in the middle of a pandemic, but that is so long, drawn out, and boring that instead I’ll just cut to the chase:
After struggling to find an approved retailer who was still selling online I contacted Ezego / Pennine Sports Direct and James and Ben answered all my email queries in record time, and did absolutely everything they could to try to get their product into my hands via the bike to work scheme, liaised with the eventual retailer, reserved dwindling upgrade stock for me while the cycle scheme paperwork was being chased up and even answered a few queries after sales.
I am now two weeks into being the proud owner of the Commute Int and it has been life-changing. I was only a casual cyclist before, but working from home for 5 months shoved me out on my old pushbike and into discovering the many cycle paths, nature reserves, and places of interest in my bit of Scotland. I’d been pootling around but stopped short of properly venturing out due to the hills and inclines everywhere.
Having the e-bike has just opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me – hills are a breeze and the pedal assistance is just marvelous when riding against the wind or when you get really tired. It’s a lovely bike, sturdy, fast, and smooth and everything has been thought of and thrown into the bargain – from the lights, kickstand, and mudguards to the branded key fob, charging options, and pannier rack with built-in bungee cords.
I absolutely love my new Ezego bike, and everyone who’s seen it loves it too. It’s a real head-turner and when I’m locking it up in the high street I get loads of comments from passersby about it.
My wife fears she may never see me again, I’ve been out on it that much.
Thanks to all of you for designing such a quality bike and being on the other end of the emails to help out as much as you did.

Had 2 weeks and completed 150 miles so far. Just the job for me. Extends my range which was the original objective. I just punch in a bit of power for the hills and adjust the gears to suit my rhythm and it takes the effort out of the climb. Overall a quality bike and excellent value for money.

I’m very pleased so far I have to say. The bike looks good and rides really well. A quality bike at a very good price. The gears were part of the attraction for me. The nice high ratio which means you don’t end up with your legs spinning around looking for a higher gear when on the flat or a slight downhill. I mainly wanted some help on the steep uphill climbs which are everywhere where I live. I’ve found level 3 quite adequate for this task. I’m expecting it to increase my cycling because now I don’t care how many hills I come across. It’s so difficult choosing an e-bike because there are so many out there, but I’m glad I went for this one and I would have no hesitation in recommending this bike. Excellent value for money.
