What is Affirm and how to use it

Affirm is a BNPL service enabling fee-less installment payments. Himiway collaborates with Affirm, granting customers a 6-month interest-free (monthly) option.

How to use Affirm? 

  • Select Affirm at the checkout counter in the store and click on Pay Now,
  • Log in or create an Affirm account, then choose your payment plan,
  • Add your debit card, bank account, or check to complete the payment.

Notice:

  • You can manage your payments in the Affirm app or online. Affirm promises that borrowers will know upfront how much they will pay and that amount will never rise.
  • Affirm offers flexible plans that fit your budget, with no hidden fees or compound interest.
  • You’ll receive an email with your payment plan when the store ships your order.
  • A credit check will be performed when you apply for our financing options.
What is Klarna Financing and how does it work?
Klarna Financing allows you to spread the cost of your purchase for up to 36 months.
 
How to finance your purchase:
  • Select the Financing option in the store’s checkout
  • Choose your preferred timeline and interest rate
  • Follow the steps to complete the application
  • Get an instant approval decision
  • Complete your purchase
You’ll receive an email with your payment plan when the store ships your order.

Why the payment failed

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defence against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't decline.

Under such circumstances, here are 4 solutions for you:

  1. Call the customer service number on the back of your credit or debit card and speak to a representative letting them know you are authorizing the payment. Once they put an authorization through, you should be able to process your payment once more on our website and the order will be accepted.

  2. Please switch to your other credit/debit card.

  3. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.

  4. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card by checking out as a guest
How can I finance with PayPal Credit?

PayPal Credit gives you the freedom to buy all the bike gear you want today and pay it over 6 months with no interests. Approval is instant for customers who already have a PayPal account.

 

How to use PayPal Credit:

1. Select PayPal at the checkout.

2. Log into your PayPal account.

3. Click on "Apply Now" on the PayPal Credit banner.

4. Get approval on your order.

5. Confirm the delivery address.

6. Set your repayment schedule.
