CycloTricity Return Policy

1. Return Period:

Customers have the right to return their purchased items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

2. Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the product must be:

- Clean, in perfect condition with no visible signs of wear or damage.

- Have all tags and peripherals intact and in their original state.

- Be in its original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for any returns are not covered by CycloTricity. However, we can arrange for our courier to collect the item for a fee upon request.

3. Exchanges:

If you decide to exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund, CycloTricity will cover the shipping costs associated with delivering the new product to you.

4. Damaged Goods:

In the event of damaged goods, we reserve the right to apply salvage costs at our discretion.

5. Warranty Policy:

After the 30-day return period, any faults with the product will be managed through our warranty policy.
