6. Returns - EBSC
Returns E.B.S.C.
- Our Customer has 14 days to return the item based on the distance selling regulations.
- Item must be unused and unopened to get the refund. Customer must ship the item back to me or we can collect but customer must pay the shipping costs.
- If the item is used and box is open, we may introduce a stocking fee so that we can get the item in as good as new condition.
- If its faulty and within warranty, we will ask customer to pay for one shipping cost and we will pay for the return, fully fixed
- We do ask customers to ty to fix it themselves by sending part and video instructions, if this fails we will either ask you to take it to a shop or we will repair it ourselves.
- If outside of warranty or if its damaged than we will charge for repair.
