6. Returns - EBSC


Returns E.B.S.C.

  1. Our Customer has 14 days to return the item based on the distance selling regulations. 
  2. Item must be unused and unopened to get the refund. Customer must ship the item back to me or we can collect but customer must pay the shipping costs.
  3. If the item is used and box is open, we may introduce a stocking fee so that we can get the item in as good as new condition.
  4. If its faulty and within warranty, we will ask customer to pay for one shipping cost and we will pay for the return, fully fixed
  5. We do ask customers to ty to fix it themselves by sending part and video instructions, if this fails we will either ask you to take it to a shop or we will repair it ourselves.
  6. If outside of warranty or if its damaged than we will charge for repair.
