What is the time for the e-Bike to be shipped? |
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Himiway are estimates. For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. |
How can I track the logistics of my order? |
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on himiwaybike.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order with your order number. For more shipping information, contact our customer service team. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
If the logistics order indicates that the goods have been signed, but you haven't received your bike, please contact us within 3 business days. If we don't hear from you within that time, we won't be able to assist further and you will have to contact the relevant logistics company directly to resolve the issue. |
Do you provide free shipping? | We currently offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs. Please note that in all 48 states, the physical products we sell are tax-exclusive; any additional taxes will be assessed when purchasing from our U.S. online store. Shipping, deposits, and gift card orders are not subject to tax, the exact amount of tax is determined by applicable laws and regulations in your state |
What are the dimensions and weight of the package that I will receive? |
Himiway Cruiser/Cruiser Step-Thru: The carton package size is 63” x13” x 34”. The weight of the whole package is 92lbs.
Himiway Escape: The carton package size is 60” x12” x 33”. The weight of the whole package is 115lbs.
Himiway Zebra/D5 series: The carton package size is 64” x12” x 33”. The weight of the whole package is 79lbs.
Himiway Big Dog: The carton package size is 60” x12” x 33”. The weight of the whole package is 88lbs.
Himiway Cobra/D7 series: The carton package size is 67” x12” x 33”. The weight of the whole package is 88lbs.
Himiway Rambler series: The carton package size is 63” x34” x 11”. The weight of the whole package is 80lbs (Basic Rambler) and 88lbs (Upgraded and Premium Rambler).

Will the E-Bike I receive be assembled? |
The Himiway Bike will arrive mostly assembled, and we will provide you with the necessary tools and a comprehensive assembly video. Even if you are a novice, you will be able to easily assemble your Himiway Bike with our step-by-step instructions.

Will my accessories be shipped together with the E-Bike | Unfortunately, due to differences in arrival times, we ship the E-Bike and accessories separately. Rest assured, you will receive your accessories as soon as possible after your E-Bike arrives. |
What should I do If I want to change the shipping address or cancel the order? |
If you want to change the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will guide you through the process, but please be aware that there may be fees involved. The fees will vary depending on the specific circumstances.
