SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery times

We do our best to ship your orders from United Kingdom as quickly as possible. And free shipping for eikes across the United Kingdom. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Delivery to United Kingdom takes place within 5-10 working days. We cannot provide any additional shipping information or documents for shipping by third parties. All expected delivery dates given by HIMIWAY are based on estimates and are not binding.

2.Any Changes Applied

Any changes made by the customer after the product has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, cancelling an order, or updating shipping settings/preferences, are no longer eligible for replacement items and/or refunds if there are any issues appear.

3. Change of delivery address

NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

£150 FEE will be charged if the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address.

 

4. Order Tracking

If you have already registered on https://primaryelectrics.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your tracking number. For more shipping information, please email us at support_uk@himiwaybike.com. We will be happy to reply to you within 24 hours.

 

5. Didn't receive the package?

If you have not received the bike, the tracking number will show whether the package receipt has been signed for. In this case, please contact us within 3 working days. Otherwise, we will not deal with this situation after 3 working days and customers need to contact the relevant shipping company to solve this problem.
